Our production facility comprises of the following machinery:

1. 21 x CNC 3 axis router machines inclusive of:

    - 4 x Machines with 3 heads each (Bed Size: 3 x 1.4m)

    - 1 x Machine with 4 heads (Bed Size: 4 x 2m)

    - 2 x Machine with single head (Bed Size: 4 x 2m)

    - 14 x Machines with single head (Bed Size: 2.4 x 1.2m)

2. 3 x CO2 CNC laser machines

3. 2 x CO2 Galvo CNC laser engraving/Cutting machines

4. 1 x 8 head 4 axis cylindrical turning head Router machine

5. 1 x 1000 watt Fiber laser machine (Bed Size: 1.3 x 0.9m)

In addition to the above, we have a joinery unit with fully equipped wood working

machines as follows:

1. 1 x 18" flywheel band saw

2. 1 x 60cm wide thicknesser planer

3. 1 x 12" calibrating sander

4. 1 x right angle panel saw

5. 1 x profile spindle molder

6. 5 x operation wood working flatbed

7. 1 x bench panel saw

8. 2 x angular saw cutting

9. 1 x fixed bench panel saw

10. 1 x sliding bench panel saw

11. 1 x copy lathe 5' length

12. 1 x wood turning 3' length

13. 1 x 40cm planer

14. 1 x 30cm thicknesser planer

15. 1 x planer blade sharpener

16. Guide rail clamps

17. 2 x 500-liter screw compressor with dryer (10 HP capacity)
